Can we switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is paid upfront and costs the equivalent of ten months. You can switch at your next renewal.
Is our school's data kept separate from other schools?
Yes. Each school has its own isolated space, and you can export your data at any time.
Can we import our existing student records?
Yes. Bring a spreadsheet and we map it to the system. Hands-on import help is included on Growth and Scale.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?
You can upgrade at any time, or talk to us about a larger arrangement for networks with more than 2,000 students.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans run for twelve months.
